UK POSTAGE

We will post 6 days a week (except Sundays and Bank Holidays).

  • Posting with Royal Mail
  • We are using the Royal Mail online shipping calculator.
  • Next day delivery orders placed on Friday by 3 pm will be shipped on the same day, although will be with you on Monday, as Next Day service operates on working days.

SPECIAL DELIVERY

Changes to Special Delivery Guaranteed

From Thursday 24 December we reinstated our temporary timed guarantees for our Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9 am and 1 pm services.

  • For items posted from Thursday 24 December 2020 onwards, our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9 am the next working day will be by 11.00 am the next working day*
  • Our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day will be by 4.00 pm the next working day*.
  • This includes items where a Saturday guarantee has been purchased.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

  • 1-3 days for First Class
  • 2-5 days for Second Class.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International to the EU: for £8.00 for Tracked Express Airmail.

Express International Cost: From £30+ (depending on the country)  shipped by Royal Mail and passed on to appropriate domestic carrier in given country.
